Ingredients
- 5 Chicken Breast or 8 Boneless Chicken Thighs
- 1 oz lime juice
- 6 TBSP Maureens Jerk Sauce
- 1 Medium Yellow Onion
- 6 Bulbs of Garlic -minced
- 1 Large Tomato - diced
- 2 TBSP Soy Sauce
- 1 TBSP Fresh Tyme (or 1 TSP Ground Thyme)
Cooking Instructions:

Place chicken into a shallow dish and squeeze lime juice over the chicken. Stir chicken in jerk sauce and cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Cut onions, garlic and tomatoes.

Add Chicken and veggies to pan, sprinkle soy sauce, and thyme mix together and bake for 25 mins on 375 degrees.
Chef's Tip
