- 225g Elbow Macaroni
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 180 ml Maureen’s Coconut Curry Sauce
- 1 ¼ cups Gouda Cheese, grated
- 1 ¼ cups Aged Applewood Cheddar, grated
- 1 ½ cups Full Cream
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325°F and lightly grease a large baking dish. Cook macaroni until al dente, drain, and set aside.

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Slowly add cream and coconut curry sauce, stirring constantly. Cook on medium-low heat for 5–7 minutes until thickened.

Remove from heat and stir in Gouda and Cheddar until melted.

Reserve ½ cup of sauce. Mix macaroni into remaining sauce until fully coated.

Transfer to baking dish, sprinkle ½ cup cheese on top, and bake until golden.
